I am seeking a tenant (preferably a female) to sublet my fully furnished room from early May to late August. Please note that this is a summer-only sublet with no option for extension. The room is spacious and features two stained glass windows as well as a fireplace (that does not work). The house is conveniently located near grocery stores, and major bus routes, and is just a 15-minute walk to downtown and Dalhousie/Kings campus. Additional features include: Modern kitchen with new appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher) Fully furnished living and dining areas Two bathrooms shared within the household Utilities included in the rent.
