Hi! The apartment is a 2 BR 2 B with one of the bed/baths available in a prime location in the Gulch. The price I listed is all inclusive for May, but can be negotiated to include additional dates as well. The dates of availability for the sublet can be extended from April 25 - June 12 or anything in between. Unit is only available for sublet during specified dates, but the option to sign onto a new lease with the building is possible. Roommate (27F) is very easygoing and often out of town. Unit can be sublet furnished or unfurnished, according to preference.
