From June 1st to September 30th or July 1st to September 30th, 2025 (you could keep the apartment after that, if desired).

Walking distance to HEB in Hancock center and 24-Hour Fitness gym. Close to Muller Lake Park. Ideal for UT Austin students.

$65 application fee
$400 subleasing fee, but my $200 deposit will be yours. So, essentially it would be only a $200 subleasing fee.
Background check and need to demonstrate an income of 3000/month.
