Im offering my room in a 2-bed, 1-bath apartment for sublet this summeravailable between May and August. The apartment is located downtown on St. Mathieu, a 2 minute walk from the nearest metro station.
In the pictures below youll see the apartment also includes a spacious, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a storage room, and living room, with heating, electricity, and air conditioning all covered under the rent (Note: the buildings laundry unit is available for an additional fee.)
Your room will have a window, closet, desk space, drawer, and a queen size bed.
If you do sublet the room, you will most likely have the apartment to yourself, though this is is subject to change.
The rent is set at 750 CAD per month and is open to negotiation based on the length of stay.
