Hi! Im subletting my room in a 4 bed, 2 bath apartment in downtown Ottawa, just a 5 minute walk to the University of Ottawa campus. The location is very convenient- groceries, Shoppers, Dollarama, the mall, train station, and bus stops are all just a few minutes away by foot.

My room comes with a single bed frame (no mattress), a desk, TV, and a storage shelf right across from the bed. Theres also a spacious closet with hangers, shelves, and a dresser.

The apartment is brand new, and includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and all amenities.

Im looking for a trustworthy, very CLEAN female tenant, available from May-August.
