Hello all!
Im subletting my room in a 2b1b for the months of July and August. If you would like to stay after that, I can transfer my lease to you. Im leaving for study abroad, but Ill really miss this apartment!
My bedroom is absolutely massive, with lots of natural light. The entrance hall and kitchen are fully furnished but small. Im including all utilities in the rent. Ill be selling my furniture for an additional cost, which we can discuss. This includes: bed frame, mattress, desk, rolling chair, comfy chair, lamp, another lamp/nightstand, and a clothing storage unit. There is also a large-ish closet in the hallway.
My roommate is a 21yo student at Simmons U. Shes lovely. Were looking for another people sublet.
I love the community in this building. Ive always felt super safe here. Never had any problems with noise. There arent too many tenants and we always carry packages inside for each other in case of theft.
If you want to stay through the next year, the heaters are REALLY effective in winter, to the point that Ive had to turn it off for a few hours because its so strong. We dont pay for heat or hot water. Building management has always been very responsive. Anything that needs fixing, they come quickly and generally dont charge fees.
