A summer (June 1st - August 20th) sublease with the option to renew for another year!

This apartment has three separate bedrooms that are furnished with a twin bed, desk, chair, open closet, and two dressers with two drawers each (two desks are in one room in the photo). Each room is leased separately (~$1000 per month for each person including utilities) so we are looking for a group of 3 people or 3 individuals or some other combination.

The kitchen has an electric stove and oven with a refrigerator, sink and counter space. The living space comes with a couch, a coffee table, and another table along with a chair (not pictured in the living room, we moved it to a bedroom). The floor is carpet everywhere but the entryway, kitchen, and bathrooms.

The bathroom is split with a shower/tub and toilet in one room and another walk-in shower and sink in the adjoining room (walk-in shower is across from the sink).
