Hello! Im traveling this summer and am offering a 2 month legal sublet from July 1st to August 31st 2025. The apartment is in a happening area of Ridgewood, Queens. It is a 3rd floor walk up and has a separate kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Air conditioning units in bedroom and living room. Bonus if you love looking after plants because I have quite a few!! Rent of 1550 due first of both months, plus on day of move in - a deposit of 1 months rent. Everything is included in this price except electricity, which you will pay separately when I receive the bill. If you run the AC a lot, electricity bill can be up to $300. My landlords will have to approve you.
