Hello! Looking for someone to take over payments for my unit at The Bowie. It is a 1 bed/1bath (842 sq ft) with a HUGE patio spanning the entire living room and bedroom with floor to ceiling windows overlooking peoplebird Lake. I absolutely love the building and the leasing staff/concierge here but I need to downscale. It is right off of W 5th St and Lamar; super safe location and 2 minute walk from Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and lots of restaurants. It is also about a 5 minute walk from the peoplebird Walk/Bike Trail and the Pedestrian Bridge. I absolutely LOVE this area and plan to be back in the fall/winter; but need someone to take over for me in the meantime. Please message me for pictures/videos or any questions!
