Summer sublet Glasgow City Centre (council tax included!)
I am subleasing my flat for 2 months (anytime May 12th-July 31st). Please still reach out if you would like a portion of this time and we can adjust the price.

You will have your own furnished room with a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, and desk. The flat has two other tenants who are both recent postgraduates and employed full-time. They are both super friendly and very quiet and clean.
The flat has a full bathroom (recently remodelled), a half bath, a full kitchen (includes dishes, dishwasher, and washer/dryer), and living area. There is also a shared garden on the first floor.

Its a great location in the city centre 5 minute walk to Central Station and St. Enoch Centre, but tucked away so its not too loud. There are some great shops, food, and coffee shops just around the corner! Its also right next to the River Clyde for walks and runs.

Rent is 475 per month (includes Wi-Fi and council tax). Electric/gas vary each month but are not very high in the summer time.
