Looking to sublet two bedrooms to students in South End Halifax from May 1st - August 27th 2025. The room is fully furnished in a shared apartment at Seemore off-campus residences right by Dalhousie University. There are two bathrooms and five bedrooms but currently only four people live here (two of us are moving out). Theres a shared kitchen and living room. The space is very clean and modern. You have access to laundry in the building, a small gym, a games room, and a communal study lounge with coffee machines. Right on the corner is noggins, a small organic grocery store/coffee shop. Its also right beside the bus stop for the 1 bus down spring garden. My roomate is also looking to sublet his room at the same time so if you are looking for a friend to live with this could be a perfect opportunity!
