Student Housing! Looking to sublet my single room (1x1) to a Female college student. The apartment is a 3x3 with 2 Female roommates that currently attend UCF.
Northgate Lakes is within 5 minutes of UCF located on McCulloch which is walking distance to campus. The room comes furnished with a desk, two dresser drawers, and a bed. The room will be available May 1st. The current lease ends July 31st. However, the apartment complex is not at full capacity, and you would be able to release for another year.
