Starting rent: 1000/month (negotiable). Electricity must be paid for, but other utilities are free of charge.

Location: Inspire on 22nd is close to lots of great restaurants in the area and is located between both the CVS and the Target. It is also a 5 minute walk to the bus stops that run on Guadalupe St and the UT campus itself.

Amenities: The apartment features a gym, study lounges, common areas, a rooftop pool, entertainment room, and underground parking. The entire building has access to their fast free wifi. If you do not want to purchase parking from the building itself, the location is also close to many alternative parking options.

Floor Plan: The floor plan is a large spacious 3x3 featuring a kitchen, living room, and three bed/bath combinations. The rooms are fully furnished, with couches and tables in the living room. The bedroom comes with a desk, a chair, a bed, a window, a full-size closet, a ceiling fan, and a private bathroom (not connected to the bedroom). The bathroom is very large and comes with a shower. The unit also comes with its own washer and dryer. The kitchen comes with a double-basin sink with a detachable head, granite countertops, electric stovetops, a microwave, an oven, and a dishwasher.

Note: Since I am moving out, the apartment will be essentially bare. You will have to bring your own sheets, blankets, towels, etc.
