Rent is monthly only no flexible end dates, despite what the listing may say (unfortunately, the platform wouldnt let us select specific dates). Room 1 (largest) is $800/month, Room 2 is $750/month, and Room 3 is $550/month. Sublease term is strictly from April 30th to August 31st.

The apartment includes a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living space. Private laundry (washer and dryer) is available in the basement. Some furniture will remain, such as the dining room table any furniture not owned by current tenants will stay. Quiet and respectful housemates already live here.
