Hi! I have a studio apartment over at Ivory (across the street from Kahlert) Im looking to sublet. Im moving out at the end of April and the lease ends July 31st. Comes with kitchen too. Im also looking to get rid of some stuff (Grey headboard, fabric storage container, white bookshelf etc.) for free to whoever takes the lease.
