We closed on a house earlier than expected. Looking to sublet our affordable pool-side apartment within walking distance of Buffalo Bayou Park. Our lease officially ends on August 25th, 2025, and you would take over at our rate of $1,600 total - 13% to 16% lower than current rates. The apartment comes with a huge closet that is nearly the size of a room...in NY. Although the pool area gets used often, nothing after 10 PM :)
