Its a cozy, fully furnished 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment at 326 Warner Street #1, just a 10-minute walk to UCs campus, 5 minute drive to OTR and 10 minute drive to the heart of downtown! Rent: $720/month (includes in-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, garbage, sewage, water, and two OFF-STREET parking spots).

Utilities: Around $100/month per person, shared with one housemate.

Cleaning Supplies/Maintenance: Costs are sharedeither take turns buying or split evenly.

Furnishings: Fully furnished living room, bathroom, and kitchen. Room includes a bed, mattress, desk, chair, lamp, and 2 closets. Shared appliances and furnitureplease use and maintain them respectfully.

My 2 cats currently live here, but they will leave with me over the summer.
