DISCOUNTED SUBLEASE AVAILABLE!!!!

I am subleasing my apartment at On50 for $799 (including utilities), rent is usually $899 (including utilities). You can move in as soon as you want (April is paid for), but dates are flexible (ex. May 6th). I will cover the sublease fee as well. Lease goes on until July 27th with an option to renew for next year if you would like to. The unit is divided into two floors. On the top floor of the unit (3rd floor of the building) is the kitchen, living room, balcony, and my room with its own private bathroom inside. On the bottom floor (2nd floor of the building) is my roommate, a vacant room, and a bathroom. Each floor has its own separate entrance and I have maintained the place well. My roommate is very quiet/clean and keeps to himself, we barely ever cross paths. I have not had any issues while staying here, my school semester is ending. Please let me know if you are interested!
