I am looking to sublet my apartment unit from May through July this summer. The unit is within the apartment complex of The View on Pavey Square. The address is 10 W Northwood Ave. Columbus, Ohio 43201. It is located on the corner of Northwood and High Street and is about a 5-minute walk north of the Ohio State University campus.

The rent includes the unit plus a parking pass for the apartment garage. It is $1269.00 + utilities per month. Wifi is provided at the apartment. The utilities are also paid through the apartment, but vary each month for water and electricity.

The unit has a shared kitchen, living room, and laundry for you and 3 other roommates. You would have your own bedroom and attached bathroom. Two out of the three other roommates will also be moving out for the summer, so you would likely only see one of my current roommates, but probably not frequently, as he is in the process of moving places.
