Im leaving a good amount of things in my room, youll have a TV, Full size bed, a monitor to use dual screens for your laptop or mobile device. Wifi included. You can use my switch, I got smash bros. I got some basketballs in here, feel free to take one. Utilities due every other month but Ill pay it. I got a nice little setup for you to do your studies as you can see in the photos. We got in-unit laundry, oven, air fryer, microwave, fridge (assigned shelves), Assigned cabinets. Smoke friendly, pet friendly, Noise friendly (I make beats, and so do the other roommates, so be as loud as you want, no one minds the noise). Apartment is walking distance to parks, gyms, Target is down the street, cafes are all along the street if thats your things (Good people, Bonsai cafe, Starbucks, Cafe 50s). Bus stops literally in front of my building. The blue will take you to the beach, the 4 will will as well, but if you got east then you can stop by century city, hollywood, or downtown. A very diverse area as well, that Im sure anyone would appreciate. My room is connected to the shared balcony with the roommate in the living room. Pretty much whatever I leave here, you can use lol.
