About the house: 4 bedrooms available in this spacious home just a 5-minute walk from central downtown! Great for interns or students spending their summer in Ann Arbor.

Exact dates vary between rooms, but we have options from mid-May to mid-August 2025! We are happy to rent out on a room-by-room basis, or rent multiple to a group ( per bedroom)

- House does not have central AC, but two bedrooms currently have a window AC unit, and the others can easily accommodate one!

About us: We are a group of 6 college students with 4 of us leaving for the summer. Youll have two wonderful roommates in their early twenties. One is female and one is non-binary, so we are also looking for female or non-binary subletters, ideally in the same age range.
