Hello -- Im offering my studio apartment lease (or sublease) for someone needing temporary housing in Chicago. The apartment is located at:

4546 N Damen Ave, Chicago (Ravenswood/Lincoln Square)

Details:
- Rent: $1295/month (gas and bundle fee included, electricity and internet not included)
- Available: Mid July, 2025 November 1, 2025
- Building: Vintage with hardwood floors, updated kitchen & bathroom, on-site laundry, and pet-friendly (with approval) -
- Location Perks: Just steps away from the Damen Brown Line, close to Welles Park, Marianos, and plenty of local shops and restaurants.

Options:
1. Subleasing: Rent directly from me until November 1 (I remain on the lease, providing a short-term solution).
- This way you may need to vacate the room on your end by throwing things away or move furniture to a new place by yourself as I cannot return to Chicago.
Feel free to sell furniture on your end
2. Reletting: The new tenant takes over my lease completely (subject to application through property management).
- For reletting you may need one time processing fee ($75) to the property management company. You may also need to apply to housing insurance.
