Replay has some of the best amenities in town including two outdoor courtyards, a pool and jacuzzi, 24/7 fitness centers, free coffee, study lounges, clubhouse with gaming area, golf simulator, karaoke lounge, on-site management + maintenance, and more. The rent would be discounted to $1,059 per month. I will pay half of the first months rent!
