Looking for a respectful roommate to take over a lease here in Mayayunk, PA. Right off of Main st on Cresson. Lease starts June 1st. Its a 4 room 2 bath home. Common spaces are fully furnished. There are 3 bedrooms open at the responsibleent. 2 large 1 smaller. My roommate is staying and she lives on the third floor. There is a washer and drier. 2 bedrooms are available now the third floor large and the 2nd floor small. I am also looking for a new place to live at the responsibleent so once I find a place my second floor large bedroom will be open as well. If I do not find a place by June 1 I am open to subleasing at the beginning of July as well. Rent is $783 with 3 people and $587 of there are four occupants. Please let me know if you are interested. A great area for those looking for a social but calm environment. 2 minute walk to the Manayunk train station. Pretzel park right across the street and surrounded but great food and entertainment.
