Hi! I am subleasing my half of this 2 bed 1 bath apartment from May through August. Great location in downtown Ann Arbor, just 3 blocks from the middle of central campus. There is one male occupying the other room. Hes a stand up guy, keeps things clean, never had any issues with him. Apartment will have wifi, will be furnished aside from the bedroom, and will include all kitchen supplies and such. Has in-building coin laundry. Subleaser must be male.
