Renting out a very sunny large bedroom with a private bathroom and large closet. Looking for a single, trustworthy male tenant with no pets or kids.

Minimum one year lease will be preferred. Always flexible if things dont work out, but it will be preferred. One month deposit.

Your rent includes shared space of full finished basement living area (lighter colorfulfloor in photos), kitchen, laundry room, and outdoor patio and yard.

Free permit free parking in front always available.

10 minutes drive from capital hill, navy yard, and a few military bases.

Were a quiet house. Right now its a student, and Marine living here. Military and students welcome ! Were all a bit introverted, play video games, and keep to ourselves quite a bit. Looking for somebody who is similar and enjoys their privacy. We all trust and respect each-other. Were looking for somebody to fit into our style of living: peace and privacy.

*There is a very friendly cat in the house so please keep that in mind.

Rent is 1200 and utilities are split. Comes to around $80-150 a month per person depending on the month (closer to $150 in the winter) and these include High speed internet, Electricity, Gas, and Water.

The bedroom CAN come furnished for a one time $300 fee (old tenant wants to sell a queen sized bed and two dressers). You dont have to choose this option.
