Im looking for someone to sublet my room from May 1st to August 15th.
There is a possibility to sign a one year lease too. Its a quiet shared apartment (female roommate only).

Ideally located on Massachusetts Avenue in Arlington, with the 77 bus stop right outside the building. 20 minutes by bus to Harvard Square. 15-minute walk to Alewife subway station.

$1350 all included (electricity, heating, water, and internet covered).
Washer and dryer in the basement, free to use.
Spacious furnished room with a large closet.
Shared backyard behind the house.
