Hello! Do you want a room just a couple minute walk from Northwestern University, downtown Evanston, and the Foster CTA station that can take you to Chicago? From about December 15, 2025, to about March 29, 2026, such a room is available. You will have access to your own room on the second floor right by the stairs and several housemates (and maybe none during the summer months). This room will cost $1100 per month (or $36.67 a day), which is typically very reasonable for the region. Also, street parking is available for your car, air conditioning/heating is available, and laundry units are in the basement. You also will have easy access to several restaurants and stores nearby.
