Its very close to the campus of Drexel University and University of Pennsylvania, and only 3-min walk to subway station and train station, 15-min walk to Trader Joes, Target and Giant.
The apartment is basically equipped with all furniture, like in-unit laundry, desk, bed, sofa, etc.
My roommates are two peoples, both master students in University of Pennsylvania. Theyre both very nice, quiet and clean.
The price of the room is $1229. But if you want to rent this room, I can leave some household appliances for you and even compensate part of the rent.
