Im looking for someone to sublease my room for an early move out. My lease ends July 31st, but if youd like to stay beyond that, we can also discuss that. I currently have two other roommates, both BIPOC, and there will also be a cat (friendly) in the apartment. Roommates are open minded/open minded-friendly. The living room/kitchen area is furnished.

The apartment is only one block away from the 6 train and there are multiple bus routes nearby (M116, M101, M102, M15, etc.) for easy transportation access. Theres also a Costco and Aldis four blocks away, a Food Bazaar on 125th and 3rd, and lots of restaurants nearby to choose from !
