The apartments location feel like you are walking around in Europe. Lots of happening bistros near by. Very close to 24th st with a lot of cultural fun and great food. The streets are clean, friendly, and filled with cherry blossoms. The building is a 12-unit building and quiet.

I am flexible on the cost of subletting a month, but I pay 2k per month. I am open to a duo applying.

Ideals for subletter:
-Pay agreed rent prior to move in
-Subletter is clean and communicative to rent for July 2025.
- Flexible on exact dates but ideally 30 days.
-Subletter not coming with a lot of stuff because the apartment is fully furnished, yet there is a big walk-in closet for storage if need be.
-Subletter is a fellow creative and relates to embodying a tranquil space.
-Complete lease agreement and deposit by the end of May 2025 ideally
