Hello - I was a federal employee until recent administration changes. I am hoping to sublet while I look for new positions. Id prefer a minimum of 3 months, up to 1 year to fulfill my lease obligations. The apartment is great, very quiet, and the neighbors are super friendly. Available apartment furnishings: Queen size bed and frame/headboard, beside table, dresser (there is also a walk-in closet), lamps in both bedroom and living room), couch, chair, coffee table, end table, tall table/standing desk, two bar stools, large bookshelf, shoe cabinet, and two large mirrors. Any of these can be removed at your request. There is laundry in the unit. Parking, utilities, and WiFi are included, and the building has a gym, pool, roof deck patio with a grill, and a few other nicely remodeled shared spaces.
