The open-plan living and dining area includes a generous dining table, a cozy sofa with a chaise longue, A/C, and a 65-inch 4K smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for long stays, featuring a washer-dryer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop with four burners, fridge, coffee maker, and other small appliances. For those working remotely, theres a dedicated workspace with a height-adjustable desk, a monitor, and an ergonomic office chair. High-speed internet (300 Mbps) is available throughout, so you can work with ease we work from home ourselves and understand how important this is. Youll find a great mix of historic and iconic streets, a mix of traditional and trendy restaurants, cozy cafes, local shops, bookshops, and of course supermarkets, pharmacies, and other essentials for daily life. The apartment is 100 meters away from Mercado de la Cebada, where you can explore fresh food and local specialties. Plus, theres a large sports center right outside, with a gym, semi-olympic pool, and activities like pilates, yoga, and cycling. One of our favorite highlights is that you can walk everywhere in the city center. Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol are about 10 minutes away while being well connected to the rest of the city, with La Latina metro station just a minute away.

Were a couple that loves traveling. We spent a few years living between NYC and Los Angeles, and afterwards we moved back to Madrid, our hometown, and since then have also spent extended stays in Rome, London, Paris, Venice, and Vienna, among others.
