Hi all! I am looking for a housemate in my 2 story rowhouse rental in Capital Hill / Eastern Market for the summer

$1000/month including all utilities.

The house is fully furnished, as is your room! Just bring yourself! (There will be a desk chair, rug, and curtains by the time you arrive. I have all bedding + towels if you want to use mine)

This summer I will be traveling alot, so you will have the house to yourself most of the time!

Bed is 15 inches from ground, so lots of storage under the bed for luggage! Also has a shed in the back.

Neighborhood is super friendly. Block from CVS, Fragers, 10 min walk to eastern market metro. 7 min walk to Safeway.

I am a 53 yr old woman working in international forest conservation. I love to travel and go hiking. Very easy going, quiet, work too much :-)
