Each floor/room has its own air conditioning (2 in-wall, 1 portable), and there are 2 work-from-home stations included in the furnishings (Dual-monitor + Aeron chair + adjustable height desk). 1 is located in one of the bedrooms, and the other in the living room. Laundry is shared in the building, and 1 covered garage parking spot will be included, a 2nd one can be included for some additional cost (tandem parking). There is also free street parking available. Plenty of nearby bars/restaurants on Wilshire Blvd and Santa Monica Blvd as well!
