About 175 sq feet room and the only room in first floor by kitchen and next to bathroom. Only two roommates will be there and both are away for a large part of the summer! They are quiet and chill - I can definitely vouch for them as I lived with them the past 9 months. Full kitchen, living room and parking for one car. No pets or smoking indoors.
