This rental is for the summer, meaning the end date would be the start of school. The days rented can be flexible to suit your standards. Price is negotiable. The room is not furnished, however, it can be arranged to be furnished for your comfort. The house would be nearly empty as we have just started to move in. Accommodations can be arranged if needed.
