Looking for a serious individual who will take over my lease and then, if interested, can continue renting the same apartment directly from a landlord after 6/31/26. The apartment is inside the historic Hahne Building, right next to Rutgers Business School, NJ PAC, Newark Museum, Prudential Tower etc. The building is new, has The Whole Foods inside it and it is a very friendly, community building-type of an environment. I love it here and have been living here for over 4 years. If my circumstances didnt change, I wouldnt leave. (I can also offer my Peloton bike which is already inside the apartment as well as the month of May free rent if a person is willing to take the apartment as is.)
