One large master bedroom with queen bed and large wardrobe plus dresser; smaller second room / study with a single bed and huge built ins. A lovely North facing lounge-room and kitchen and large bright bathroom with new toilet, basin and cabinets, plus washing machine.

Its truly a peaceful, gorgeous location only a short walk from the Birrarung and 10 minute walk to the farmers markets on Sundays. Very close to Fairfield village, and Alphington train station is an 8 minute walk.

Seeking the right person / couple / small family to caretake my home. Packing up majority of my belongings, leaving all furniture and appliances, and open to leaving any essentials such as pots and pans, crockery, etc.

Rental price per week includes internet, but not utilities - this will need to be charged according to usage. Average cost per month for water, gas and electricity is $80-$120 (depending on air conditioner usage). .
