Looking to sublet my apartment after May 8th to July 31st.
Its a 4-person mens apartment but only 3 people are actually including me it. Its $799/month,I would already be paying for May as I leave the 8th of May, its at The Province right next to USF. Untilities are usually around $50/month. Has private bathroom, washer,dryer,highspeed internet, pool just down stairs, Bull Runner stop right by building. Also willing to help pay administrative fees. Thanks!!
