Theres a washer and dryer in the basement, and access to the backyard from the apartment floor. Its right across from Von King Park, across the street. Public transportation: a 7-minute walk to the G train, a few stops on the bus, or a 15 to 20-minute walk to the A/C trains (bus stops are 1 to 2 blocks away in either direction- access to the B44, B43, and B52). Showings come with a brief roommate interview. The ideal sublet would be female, someone who is clean, respectful, and appreciates a fairly quiet home, given the shared space. The cost is $1400/month, which includes rent, WiFi, utilities (would need to pay a little extra for room AC use), and shared household goods with roommate (toilet paper, paper towels, dish and hand soap, etc).
