I am subleasing my single room in the 5x3 at the Standard as soon as possible. The lease agreement is from May-July and move out is the first of August. The Standard is one of the best complexes at USF with a bull runner stop right next to the building and a huge shopping center and mall. The rent is $1050 a month but I have reduced it to $900.
