Two options are available:
(1) Sublet: from September 1, 2025 - February 28, 2026 for $1,530/mo (electricity not included in rent).
(2) New Lessee: You can lease the apartment from September 1, 2025 - February 28, 2026, with an option to renew. OR you can start a new lease for 1 year starting September 1, 2025 at $1530/mo (electricity not included in rent).
If you need to move in earlier than September 1, 2025, please let me know. I am pretty sure that I will be able to move out by August 1, 2025. Its just that I need to solidify my own moving plans, and for now, I can guarantee that the apartment will be available starting September 1.
Additional details:
There will be an application fee of $75 along with a background check.
Two cats can be allowed per apartment; there is a $200/cat one-time fee at move-in. No dogs are allowed.
Parking is a separate month-to-month agreement and can be discussed with management if you are interested.
