Either a shared room for 1500$ + plus utilities (shared room would be with someone you want to live with, and the picture with two beds) or a private room for 900$ + utilities . This place is pretty much on campus, has a laundry unit in the building, fully furnished, 1 bath room and no dishwasher. No AC in the unit, however I would leave a brand new fan that cools down the place quite effectively.There is potential parking , if interested let me know and I can email the landlord to see if there is a spot available throughout the summer! Right next to a grocery store, McDonalds, A&W, and many more food places! There is a bus stop about a minute walk from the place that multiple different bus routes stop at. Looking to sublet from may 5th to end of August (may rent would be lowered due to lower start date). One girl will be staying over the summer, and will take whichever room you dont take!
