Hi Im moving out towards the end of May and was looking for someone to sublet to. I live in a shared 2 bedroom 2 bathroom floor plan but I have one entire bedroom and bathroom to myself that I am listing. I couldnt really put the end date in the listing but it ends on August 11th though its flexible if you contact the office. The bedroom is fully furnished with 2 twin xl beds, 2 drawers, 2 tables and chairs, 1 in wall closet and 1 stand alone closet. The only utilies NOT covered by rent is water and electricity. The water bill is around $20-30 a month and gets charged to your apartment account. The electricity bill varies depending on the season but its $80-130 that gets split between 3 people so like $44 per person at the max. Every other utility is covered. Its also very transit accessible. There are bus stops for routes 3, 7, 22, and 25 right outside the complex. A little walk away, theres the West Bank stop for the Green Line, stops for route 2, and the Campus Connectors for 121, 122, and 123. If you do have a car, there is a connected garage under the complex. There is a fee to reserve a parking spot but its $50 for scooters/bikes, $100 for compact cars, and $150 for larger cars. The complex is also pet friendly though there is a $25 fee if the pet is not a service animal or ESA. The current roommates you will be moving in with are friendly. Its a couple with a small dog. They are usually out of the place most of the day and are pretty quiet at night. Although they will be moving out once the lease ends.
