The room will be available to sublease from mid-September (the 17th) through December. The apartment is only two years old and extremely spacious. It has an in-unit washer/dryer and access to a roof deck. The location is super close to campus and Westwood! Rent is $1250 a month per person for a double and $2500 a month for a single. Utilities are included in the rent, verified.
