One bedroom, one bathroom apartment just a couple of blocks from the Noma Metro Station. Location is close to Harris Teeter and multiple restaurants/bars. The building has controlled access and is full of kind/quiet neighbors. My current lease is up in November but would be more than willing to help add sublet to the lease so that they could take over.
