Hi! I am looking for a subleaser from May 1st 2025 to January 3rd 2026 for my apartment at The Atherton in South End. I got responsible earlier this year; otherwise, I would have loved to stay here!

You would have your own room and bathroom. The floor plan is included in a photo attached; your bathroom/bedroom & walk-in closet would be on the right side. The common spaces & kitchen will be furnished, and I can rent my furniture to you as well.

Rent is $1256 per month and around $150 per month is spent on Utilities, Internet, Valet Trash pickup, etc.

The apartment is in a prime location in South End with great amenities (see photos). Please message me if you or someone you know may be a good fit!
