Hi everyone, I am subleasing my room in an all people 4Bed/4Bath apartment on East Riverside Dr!!
Looking for a people tenant to move in ASAP, on or before the end of May. The lease ends in October, but you can always renew it if you would like!!
The rent for this room is $625+utility per month. The bedroom, living room, and kitchen are fully furnished, and comes with in unit washer and dryer. Each room has its own bathroom and a spacious walk in closet. I have three amazing roommates, they are all students at UT. They are all super sweet and caring!
There is bus stop right outside of the apartment complex, HEB is about 3 minutes away, about 8 minutes to people Bird lake, about 14 minutes to downtown, and there are a lot of restaurants close by!
We have a large parking lot with no assigned parking, you can park anywhere in the apartment complex.
In unit washer and dryer as well!
