Looking to sublet my 660 sq ft studio apartment in Squirrel Hill for the summer. The location is great, and there is a bus stop right outside the apartment building so you can easily access downtown, or CMU and U Pitt campuses, via transit. The apartment is fully furnished with a pretty spacious living area and kitchen (with a dishwasher!), and the complex has laundry in the basement. The unit was also renovated just last year. The start and end times are flexible, but I will be returning for the next semester so I cant extend the end time much more.
